Download Enhanced_CellClassifer.zip (224 MB)
To start Enhanced CellClassifier, open and start the program CellClassifier.m in Matlab.
We recommended to start with the option "Demo" in the popup-window. This option allows to test CellClassifier with real world examples. Choose one of the two prepared examples from the dropdown menu. To test the second example, close and restart the program.
