A - Purpose of the program
Enhanced CellClassifier enables the user to employ machine learning tools for classification of cells or other biological objects. If basic image analysis has already been completed by CellProfiler, with CC one can now train cells, calculate a model, apply and correct the model and analyze a whole experiment or a set of experiments. Doing this, one can solve complex image analysis tasks.
We recommend first time users to start with chapter B (Demo and Cookbook approach).
