K - Save and Modify Settings
>> Settings >> Modify Settings
The "DefineSettings" window opens and Enhanced CellClassifier settings can be modified as described above. Please note, that when CellClassifier is running with full functionality, not all settings can be modified in order to avoid data confusion.
>> Settings >> Save Settings
The current settings are saved as a file. They can be used again after starting Enhanced CellClassifier.
Note: a "load settings" option is not implemented to avoid data confusion.
